Unfortunately no. Even after trying one without a filter on, the difference is still night and day. I bought three cartons of Lucky Strikes. Between me and my two friends we went through these bad boys in about a week. Thank you so much! These Lucky Strikes were okay for a nicotine hit, but they had a weird flavour to them. They are made in Indonesia on behalf of British American Tobacco, so perhaps the American ones taste different.
Will order something different next time. Ordered the Luckys and very happy with my decision. Nicely packed and good burn. Nice smooth, satisfying smoke. Ciggiesworld is great. My go to source for smokes. Ive been waiting to try some form of lucky strike for a long time as even though the US unfiltered ones are still available they aint easy to find and not even sold im my area of alaska!
So when i recieved this it was awesome thank you ciggies world. These are my GO TO cigs! Nice flavored tobacco. Very rich with a hint of sweetness to it and of course you can definitely taste the toastyness. Love them! And just to see the iconic packaging again brings back such good memories, but these are also good. Mild, full bodied,and with a flavour that celebrates the Lucky Strike heritage. A far cry from the hideous selection of FSC lawn clippings available on the Australian market.

Will buy again. Little to no chemical taste whatsoever unlike some other brands. Would definitely recommend! Very clean tobacco with little to no chemical taste and great burn time. All in all the flavour is awesome and beats all the Canadian cigarettes by far. One of the most iconic brand of yesteryear, and they still deliver. Thanks again Ciggies World for your great service! Had been years since I had been able to get these in Australia and the taste is just as I remember it back then. Hard choice now between these and Winston Reds as to which will become my regular smoke now.
Tastes very similar to a Marlboro Red to me. A pleasant harshness, big throat hit and a lovely toasted flavour that just goes on and on. On the exhale, there is a perfume-like character that lingers with the aftertaste which I find a little sickly sweet, while at the same time rich and satisfying.
Hard to explain. While a very nice smoke, the flavour is too overwhelming for me. Matt M. Tried these on a whim and I must say I am extremely impressed! Better flavour than the international Camels. Great burn, and the pack warnings are some of the most interesting in the world, I think. Definitely a quality cigarette.
A very poor cigarette. The quality of manufacture is ok, the paper is so-so, but the tobacco does not have a good flavor. Even inexpensive tobaccos have some redeeming qualities when it comes to flavor, but Lucky Strike seems so have gone out of their way to produce a very poorly-tasting cigarette. Very smooth.
