I feel bad that I can't remember my servers name because I would love to give him a shout out. I was unsure of what entree to get and my server recommended the lamb ribs and it did not disappoint. Everything about this dish was beyond satisfying.
I will for sure come back so that I can try other dishes. Definitely a must to try when in Vegas!! Not only was the server attentive and made great recommendations but she even offered to take a picture when we were struggling to do it on our own. The food was also so delicious. We had a noodle dish that I will be dreaming about for a long time. Great pick overall! Great meal as always, the staff and kitchen in Las Vegas always seems to blow us away every trip.
Loved it. Ramen was amazing! Staff are friendly and attentive. However, food was average at best to inedible. If it was one dish that was off, maybe excusable but all 5 dishes were meh to ugh. When the best dish was the spicy cucumber which was no better than the free ban-chan you get at Korean restaurants, not good.
Girls night out: honestly all of the food was delicious. The brussels and cauliflower were great, the rib eye was delicious, maybe slightly over salted , the curry rice things were like a gnocchi consistency with delivious flavor.
The pork belly buns were a must. Three people ordered the spicy ramen as well and said it was delicious. Would def go back. Small plates, pork buns, etc. Ramen was OK, broth was flavorful but noodles were nothing special. Service was attentive and the ambience festive. Nothing mind-blowing, but worth a visit if in Vegas.
The food was good as always though portions have gotten much smaller. On the brussels and cauli dish, had one piece of cauli and maybe ten brussels sprouts. Took 12 minutes to be greeted - our server was much more worried about the large party he had than us. Drinks sat empty for minutes at a time. It was just okay. For all the hype, we expected more. I ordered the ginger noodles and they were lukewarm and served clumped together. I asked and they said that is the correct temperature.
Just seemed weird. The people I was eating with said their ramen wasn't seasoned well either. Disappointed as I expected better. Having dined at numerous high end establishments, I was so excited to try Momofuku. Maybe our reservation was too close to closing time, but I was not too impressed with the food considering the price. The interior of the restaurant was great and we had a nice table for 6. The wait staff was friendly and attentive, so service was not a problem.
Every dish we had lacked a certain refinement to it. The tuna was ok but did not taste balanced with the citrus. The pork belly could have used a sear on the fat.
We got a big slab of fat with the pork which was noticeable. The lobster and shrimp tasted like it came out of a deep fat fryer with a thick tempura coating. While they had nice large pieces of lobster and shrimp, I have had better honey walnut shrimp and much better tempura elsewhere. The ribeye was the best dish of the evening.
I so wanted to love this place based on the other reviews but it just was not great for us. This was an incredible experience. Our waiter Daniel was the best!
We had a tasting menu, gave him a price and he surprised us with the most delicious dinner!!! Will dine here again!!! Fantastic experience. Amazing food and great service. This was an amazing experience, the ambient and the food was simply amazing. The food and the service was beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Momofuku for the amazing overall experience and a wonderful culinary surprise. Table seating was of course ideal for a gathering with friends.
The service staff was attentive and friendly. The wine pairings were solid, heavily favoring France on the night of our visit. The food was perfect - lived up to its reputation. We enjoyed the space quite a lot, too. Our table of 5 have been lucky enough to sample wonderful food all over the world and we were excited to visit Momofuku Ko. In reality it was the most disappointing meal we had during our time in New York.
The dining room was cold but we got blankets. The food, while inventive and in part pretty, was lacklustre. For the menu price, I had expected near perfection and taste explosions. An experience, a concept, maybe Incredible experience, delicious food - each dish is brought out and introduced in a way that makes you feel like a bigger part of the meal than just consuming it. Great ambience some interesting music choices but it was all good a phenomenal experience.
What a wonderful meal! From arrival to departure, we were treated so well. The dishes were very innovative and delicious. The wine pairings were perfect. They also took special care of those in our group of 6 with food allergies and vegetarian. Out of this world experience! Food was art and the service is top notch and very down to earth. Will never forget our experience! Fantastic service, starting at the door and straight through to the end of the meal.
Arthur, Gigi and Becky were super attentive, friendly and informative. The food was delicious and fun. Thanks to all the chefs and to Sarah. Absolutely recommend and hope to be back soon. Once in Bangkok, Thailand and Ios, Greece. Completely enjoyed them both. This was bad and soooo and overpriced. Raw and all tasted the same. Props for attempting something different but failed.
For New York. Hard pass! We decided to go here for my daughter's 21st birthday. To say it was amazing would be an understatement. From the food, to the service, to the ambiance including music!!!! While not everyone in our party is has an adventurous palate, there were plenty of dishes that all six of us thought were the best food we had ever tasted.
In addition, they made arrangements with Milk Bar to have one of those famous, and unbelievably delicious Birthday Cakes delivered to the restaurant at no additional charge, above the cost of the cake. Big thank you David Chang, and to the entire Momofuku Ko staff for making our special day so perfect. Next time we are in NYC, we will definitely stop by again. Not a great meal. I have been to other Momofuku restaurants in nyc and really enjoyed them. Plates were more bizarre than exceptionally flavorful.
I would recommend Momofuku Ko for a special occasion. We were one of two tables in the dining room and the service and food were excellent. Outstanding experience-inventive courses, exceptional service.
Love the menu and a treat as a departing gift! Small details added up to a memorable dinner. Chang's multi-course, small-format tasting menu was innovative and unique. Some of the dishes stood out more than the others; e. Service was wonderful, the menu was fun and interesting, and the sommelier was amazing. Phenomenal experience - everything from the beverage pairing to the music was expertly thought through. Each dish was so unique and a blend of interesting flavors, textures, and ingredients.
Great ambience, outstanding service, and presentation. Bibendum is back in New York, a statement that seems downright surreal after the past year. The French-owned guide paused…. The arrival of spring signals a new dawn for pandemic-era dining, and those of us who have kept eating outside,….
